- Our first step is to investigate the debtor's situation. What assets does he have? Do you have a personal guarantee on the debt?

After we obtain the allowed attachments, the sheriff will be able to serve the bank and record real estate attachments to give you security to obtain the payment to which you are entitled to. If all goes well, the first time that your debtor will find out about us is after we have attached their assets.
