Attorney Gerardo Schiano has over five years of litigation and clerkship experience. Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Schiano worked at a Boston-based firm where he represented commercial, institutional and large-scale landlords, in landlord/tenant disputes, including without limitation evictions. Attorney Schiano also defended medical malpractice cases on behalf of medical care facilities and healthcare professionals, including without limitation assisted care and skilled nursing facilities, in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Prior to working in a Boston law firm, Attorney Schiano served as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court and judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard sitting in Suffolk County Superior Court. Attorney Schiano is a skilled legal researcher with extensive experience with courts and judges. Attorney Schiano also served as an SJC Rule 3:03 certified student attorney for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the New England Law | Boston Clinical Law Office, and the Volunteer Lawyers Project sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Schiano graduated cum laude from New England Law in Boston (formerly New England School of Law) in 2012, and is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Attorney Schiano is actively involved in his community, serving on Worcester’s Citizen Advisory Council, and is a former candidate for municipal political office.
