Biography
Jeff Kiesling has nearly 20 years of experience as a civil litigator and trial lawyer representing business clients in Massachusetts – many of their cases to resolution at trial before a jury. Attorney Kiesling has tried numerous cases in the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth and successfully defended jury verdicts before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Since joining Alan M. Cohen and Associates Attorney Kiesling has aggressively pursued the rights of creditors in courts throughout the Commonwealth and has obtained Court orders for pre-judgement security in assets held by third parties and ex parte attachments on bank accounts.
Attorney Kiesling obtained his bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University in South Carolina, where he graduated with honors and obtained his law degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, School of Law where he was a member of the Holderness Moot Court.
